Really liked it. Unfortunately I've discovered this local gem too late since they are closing for good at the end of 2023. Great pub menu and friendly staff and bartenders. Definitely my loss for missing this place.

Very good food (the tacos are excellent); the $1 oysters on designated evenings are a great value. The service is quick and the team there is friendly. The environment is quiet and comfortable.

Love the country music!! Love the drinks!!! Go Nuggets!! They have my Buffalo trace for old fashion, perfecto!

What a cute neighborhood place! I've been here a couple times and I enjoyed everything. Food is really delicious - I've had their burger which had a nice grill flavor, truffle fries, mezze board, pulled pork sandwich - all yum! I've had the pleasure of talking to the owner, Adrienne who is really welcoming and fun. Drinks are strong at a great price. Parking lot is a little weird and they get loud and crowded at times but overall a really awesome place. Also -- one of the best bathrooms around.

It's hard to write a review of Cafe Martin and not feel biased that you're writing about a friend's restaurant and "your" neighborhood spot. That's because the owner and staff and comfort food and cheers they serve make you feel at home.

Love coming here with my friends for nachos and dinner. The patio is awesome in the summer and the food is delicious. The owner is such a sweet lady!

Absolutely loved the neighborhood vibes, delicious food, and comfortable atmosphere. The service was excellent and friendly. Came here for dinner and it felt like we could spent hours and hours there!! Super cute patio area as well. The Thai chili wings are a MUST have.

I like this place. It's super local to this very specific area of Newton, the Lake, which I love. Great mai tais, Caesar, and Mac & cheese. I love the mismatched plates and art on the walls. Friendly service. Very meaningful story behind the opening of the restaurant. Have been there a few times and will be back!

I've been here a few times and I asked about bringing my dog and it's no problem outside in the back dining area. As for food, an excellent variety and the must try is the "Trio of Love", absolutely delicious. As for drinking something special, try the "Kerri's kicking coffee. It's kinda like an expresso martini but with ice, cold brew and I'm not sure of the liquors involved but it's refreshing! Excellent service and they offer Artists a monthly opportunity to highlight some of their artwork. If you get a chance, please check it out and let them know Karl with a k suggested visiting.

Lovely local place, fantastic burger and great that they use local sausages, muffins, fish etc. in their menu. Highly recommend and a good beer selection too!
